The 47th annual Sloan Museum Auto Fair is again taking place at the historic Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad, on June 22 & 23, 2019. As everyone who attended last year discovered, the setting is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and family friendly. Just as important, the roads are perfectly maintained and the grounds groomed to provide a clean, dustless environment in which to showcase your wonderful variety of vehicles.

Until June 16, vehicle registration is $15 for display-only and $20 for judged vehicles. Registration fees after June 16, including the day of the show, are $20 for display-only and $25 for judged vehicles. Only vehicles that are registered to be judged are eligible to win awards. About 50 awards are presented each year. Online registration is closed. Please register at the show.

As it has been for the past 46 years, all of the proceeds from this annual event support the acquisition, restoration, maintenance, and promotion of the Sloan Museum’s unique collection of vehicles and archives. This collection is a significant record of the important historical position Flint and Genesee County hold in the development of the American Automobile industry.

There are many ways that you can become involved in this important preservation effort......register and bring your vehicle, bring your family and friends to the show, volunteer to help organize the event, or take advantage of the variety of promotional opportunities we offer to local businesses.

New for 2019 will be our “Bounce House” village for kids, live music, and special features, with Antique Tractors, Police Cars, Classic Motorcycles, General Motors Trucks, and A History of Stock Cars. Also, to enhance the Awards ceremony on Sunday, vehicles that are to be judged, must register by 11am on Sunday.

Due to safty of patrons, all trailers and vehicles not part of the show must be out of the Village by 8:30am each day.

A variety of fun family activities will be available at Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad during this year’s Sloan Museum Auto Fair. Enjoy trades demonstrations and displays inside the 20 plus buildings, such as the blacksmith, the print shop, the cider mill, toy barn, and historic homes.
