Vendor space costs $200 and measures 10-foot x 20-foot.  Any additional space needed must be paid for. Additional spaces measure 10-foot x 20-foot. All goods must be in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.  (No food, beverages, or tobacco products to be sold in this category.) This year’s event will be held at Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad located at 6140 N Bray Rd, Flint, MI 48505 on June 27 & 28, 2026. It’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy rare, collectible cars in a beautiful, historic setting.  No entry onto the grounds after 8:30 am. If you have staff or are meeting someone after 8:30 am, you must meet them at the main entrance with their vendor wristband. All people on the grounds are to have wristbands.

There are only Vendors this year. Due to not having a chair for this part of the event, there will not be a Swap Meet. When Vendors enter the grounds, follow the signs for the Vendors entrance. As a Vendor, you will be able to pick your location from nearly any spot on the event grounds.  Our Volunteers will help you pick a location and park. You must arrive between 6:30 am and 8:30 am. This gate closes for the day at 8:30am. Gates open to the public at 9am. Vendors will be in high traffic areas.

Acceptance is not automatic.  Vendors with automotive-related items, new or used, but some kind of affiliation with cars, trucks, or buses, is preferred. Vendors not accepted will have their payment returned/refunded.

NOTE: Vendor fee is for Saturday and Sunday and admits 2 people (a $40.00 value) both day. The Sloan Museum Auto Fair will go on regardless of the weather. No refunds after June 15th.
